механический датчик

The JSC Medicon has successfully manufactured a small-size resonator (projects №№ 138 and 138V of the International Science and Technology Center, Moscow, 1995-1999) and correspondingly a small-size HRG for civil application.

The combination of high precision, low price and small size enables HRG enter new application areas in the markets with middle precision/price which were inaccessible earlier.

HRG advantages:

Small sizes ∅ 40 mm
Low power consumption 1.2 W
High vibration resistance of mechanic part
(at 5 — 200 Hz)
60 g
High shock-resistance of resonator
(at impulse duration 0.15 ms)
4600 g
No temperature control required
Short readiness time 5 sec
Long life time 15 years
Inertial qualities remain at power supply off 5-10 sec
No influence from electromagnetic or radiation interference
  Main parts of HRG

Parameters of castellation-free resonator defining precision performance of HRG:
HRG in the individual housing
Operational frequency 8 kHz
Diameter ∅ 30 mm
Height 32 mm
Q-factor 1.5 * 107
△F < 0.005 Hz
Rest disbalance at all modes < 30 mkg

АRS (Angular Rate Sensor) parameters based on HRG:

Random drift component 0.1°/h
Maximum measured speed 5°/sec
Power consumption 1.5 W
Weight of sensor mechanic part 160 g
  HRG

HRG angular sensor parameters
for navigation systems (being developed):

Random drift component 0.1°/h
Maximum measured speed 300°/sec
Power consumption 1.5 W
Weight of sensor mechanic part 160 g
