Technology Overview

MEDICON has developed a complete production tooling package for manufacturing navigation-grade quartz resonators used in hemispherical resonator gyroscopes.

The process utilizes a high-precision grinding machine configured specifically for HRG quartz component production. The tooling, fixtures and instruments provide the accuracy required for manufacturing high-performance resonators.
